These terms govern RealTimeBets Platform: the live odds API, event data feed, micro-market generator, risk engine, settlement webhooks, embeddable widgets, white label sportsbook and the operator console at realtimebets.com. The service is provided by the administrator of the realtimebets.com service, contact [email protected]. In these terms "you" means the organisation that opens a Platform account and every user it invites.
Licence obligation
The Platform is a business-to-business service for licensed operators and the businesses that serve them.
- If you use Platform data, prices or tools in connection with real-money wagering, you must hold a valid gambling licence in every jurisdiction where you offer that wagering or use the data for it.
- You are solely responsible for complying with the gambling, advertising, consumer protection, anti-money laundering and data protection laws that apply to your business.
- We do not accept wagers, hold player funds or act as an operator. The Platform supplies data and software only.
- You may not use the Platform to offer wagering to persons in a jurisdiction where your licence does not allow it, or to anyone under the legal age.
Licence record
Production keys are issued only after you store a licence record in the console (licence number, regulator and country) and hold a paid plan. You confirm that the record is accurate and you update it if the licence changes, is suspended or ends. We may check the record with the regulator and may suspend production access if a licence cannot be confirmed, has lapsed or does not cover the use you make of the Platform. Businesses that do not take wagers, such as media and odds comparison sites, store the details of the licence or registration their activity requires, or state in the record that none is required where they operate.
Sandbox
After signup you get a one-time sandbox key so you can test the integration before you pay.
- The sandbox feed is delayed by 60 seconds and covers one sport.
- It allows 1,000 requests in total and expires after 7 days.
- Every sandbox payload carries the field "sandbox": true.
- Sandbox data must not be used to offer, price or settle real-money wagers, or be shown to the public as live data.
- The sandbox is not a plan and does not renew.

- Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
- Fees are charged in advance for each period through our payment operator. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where the law requires.
- Each plan has the request, connection and feature limits shown on the pricing page. Usage is counted per billing period. Deleting keys, webhooks or other records does not return quota.
- Upgrades to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, charge the price difference for the rest of the current period immediately. The new plan applies once that charge is paid.
- Downgrades apply from the next renewal and do not create a refund or credit.
- Enterprise customers receive invoices on request.
Payments are final
All payments are final and non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current period. The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge, and a total outage of the service that prevents use for a substantial part of the paid period.
Cancellation
You can cancel in the console at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Production keys stop working when the period ends.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the raw feed or API as a data product of your own, unless your plan or a written agreement allows it,
- share API keys outside your organisation or embed secret keys in public client code,
- exceed your plan limits by creating multiple accounts or rotating keys,
- probe, scan or load-test the API beyond your plan limits without written permission,
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including unlicensed wagering, match fixing or fraud,
- remove the "sandbox" marker from sandbox data or present delayed data as live.
Data use
- You may use data received through the Platform inside your own products for the duration of your subscription, within the scope of your plan.
- Match event data comes from licensed sports data providers. Their rights remain with them, and some data may carry additional usage conditions that we tell you about before they apply. Matches labelled "Replay" are engine replays with fictional teams, not real matches.
- Prices and micro-markets are produced by our own statistical models. Every price carries a margin of about 6 percent over the engine's fair probability. You decide whether to offer them, and you set your own liability and stake limits. You remain responsible for every price you offer to your customers.
- Data can be delayed or incomplete. A bet you record through the API settles when its market resolves, and its result is delivered by the signed bet.settled webhook, with up to 3 delivery attempts.
- We process your account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, Enterprise customers can sign a data processing agreement.
Service levels
- We run the service with care to keep the API, the stream and the console available on every plan, but we do not promise a specific uptime figure, and no plan creates service credits.
- Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Events outside our reasonable control are excluded.
- Support works by email at [email protected] on every plan.
Security
You keep your keys and webhook secrets confidential and rotate them if you suspect a leak. Webhook messages are signed with HMAC SHA-256 so you can verify they come from us. Enterprise accounts can use SSO, roles, audit logs and IP allow-listing, described on the Security page.
Suspension
We may suspend access immediately if a licence record cannot be confirmed, if fees are unpaid, if use breaks these terms or the law, or if your traffic endangers the service for other customers. We tell you why and restore access once the cause is resolved.
Liability
The Platform is provided for professional use. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, wagers you accept or settle, or indirect damages. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid for the Platform in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell account owners by email about material changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state where the administrator of the service has its registered seat, and its courts have jurisdiction.
