Operator questions
Before you integrate
Do we need a gambling licence?
Yes for production. The Platform is licensed only to operators with a valid licence in every jurisdiction where they use the data. Store the licence record in the console; the sandbox works immediately without it.
How fast are prices and settlement?
Every price is recomputed each second from the match state. Micro-markets suspend for a few seconds after a dangerous incident and reopen repriced. Bets you record settle as soon as their market resolves and fire a signed bet.settled webhook.
Where does the data come from?
Match events come from licensed sports data providers into our engine, which prices the markets with its own models. Matches labelled Replay are engine replays with fictional teams, available around the clock for testing.
Is the whole purchase self-serve?
Yes. Checkout, keys, docs and limits are self-serve on every plan, Enterprise included.
Can we cancel or change plans?
Monthly or yearly, no long contract. Moving to a bigger plan charges the difference immediately; cancelling stops the renewal.
Can we use our own brand and wallet?
Yes, the white label sportsbook on Enterprise runs on your domain with your brand and your wallet endpoint.
