These terms govern RealTimeBets Play, the live play-for-points game at realtimebets.com. The service is provided by the administrator of the realtimebets.com service, contact [email protected]. Operators using the API and tools are covered by the separate Platform Terms.
By creating an account or making a call you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.
RealTimeBets Play is a game
RealTimeBets Play is a game of skill and sports knowledge played for points. No money is wagered. Points have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another player, exchanged for money, goods or services, or withdrawn. There are no prizes of any kind. Leaderboards and leagues show standings only.
Nothing in the game is an offer to gamble, and nothing in it promotes real-money gambling.
Age and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account and play. At signup you give your date of birth and confirm that you are 18 or older. We may ask for confirmation at any time and close any account that does not meet this rule. One person may hold one account.
How the game works
- During a match the game opens micro-markets, for example "goal in the next 5 minutes" or "server wins the next point".
- Each option shows a multiplier that changes as the match moves.
- You make a call by choosing an option and staking points. The multiplier at the moment of your call is locked in.
- When the moment resolves, a correct call returns the staked points times the locked multiplier. An incorrect call loses the staked points.
- After a dangerous moment such as a goal, a card or a score, markets pause for a few seconds and calls are not accepted.
- Markets settle from the match incident feed. If an incident is corrected by the data provider, we correct the result and the points.
- If a match is abandoned, or a market cannot be settled fairly, calls on that market are voided and the staked points return to you.
Points rules
- Points exist only inside the game. They are a score, not a balance.
- Points are credited only by the game, according to its rules. You cannot purchase points.
- We may reset weekly leaderboards and correct points that result from errors, bugs, data corrections or abuse.
- Points end when your account is closed.
Demo
You can try the game once on one match without a subscription. The demo is a one-time trial of up to 10 calls, it is not a plan and it does not renew.
Premium subscription
Premium gives access to every live match in the game, the full micro-market feed, the call builder, alerts, private leagues, advanced live stats and no ads.
- Price: $49 per month billed monthly, or $24 per month billed yearly as $288 per year.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price then in force until you cancel.
- Price changes apply only from your next renewal, and we tell you by email before they do.
- Payments are processed by our payment operator. We never see or store your full card number.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments are final
All payments are final and non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current period. The only exceptions are:
- a duplicate charge for the same period,
- a charge you did not authorize, once it is proven,
- a total outage of the service that prevents use for a substantial part of the paid period.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services. At checkout you ask us to start the service immediately and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided or performance has begun with your consent. Once you give that consent and access starts, the right of withdrawal ends.
Fair play
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to make calls,
- exploit bugs, data delays or other errors to gain points,
- create more than one account or share an account,
- harass other players in leagues, or use offensive league names,
- try to access other accounts or the systems behind the service.
We may void points, remove you from leagues or close accounts that break these rules.
Responsible play
Even without money, games can take more time than you intended. The game offers session reminders and self-exclusion in your account settings. Read more on the Responsible Play page.
Availability of the game
We aim to keep the game running during matches, but we do not promise that every match, sport or market is available at all times. Match data comes from licensed sports data providers and can be delayed or corrected.
Liability
The game is provided as it is. Because no money is wagered and points have no value, no claim can be based on points won or lost. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of the current paid period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the game or the law changes. We tell you by email about important changes before they apply. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state where the administrator of the service has its registered seat. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts there.
