Sandbox and limits
Sandbox key
Every organisation gets one sandbox key after signup. It is a one-time trial, not a plan.
- One sport, chosen when you create the key.
- The feed is 60 seconds behind real time.
- 1,000 requests in total.
- Valid for 7 days.
- Every object carries
"sandbox": true.
At 1,000 requests the API answers 429 quota_exceeded and the console offers the plans.
Production keys
A production key needs both:
- A licence record in the console (licence number, regulator, country or state). The Platform is licensed only to operators with a valid gambling licence in every jurisdiction where they use the data.
- An active Platform plan.

Requests count per organisation and calendar month. A stream connection counts as one request. Rate limit per key is 600 requests a minute; above it the API answers 429.
